Sunday! What a lovely day, NOT TO WASTE! Stress-free, easy-peasy, Sunday oatmeal breakfast to get you going and make you smile.
- 200g uncooked white oats
- 250ml milk (any kind)
- 2 tbsps honey
- 2 tbsps hazelnut butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp walnuts (crushed)
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 red apple sliced
- 1 banana sliced
- 50g dark chocolate
- Cook oats and milk together in a non-stick pan, over medium heat until oats are cooked and resemble a creamy texture . Adjust milk or oats if its too dry or too wet.
- As soon as its still hot, stir in honey and cinnamon.
- Add hazelnut butter (or any nuts butter).
- Top with apple slices and bananas, drizzle with a little bit of honey and sprinkle the dried cranberries and dark chocolate.
